For all variants of Go No Go Fixed Gauges mentioned above, the Design Wing of KUSARI ENTERPRISE has developed Dial Fitted Spring Loaded Measurable Type Gauges. The basic design, shape of which normally depends on the work piece and the position of the checking dimension in the work-piece, normally consists of a) a Gauge Body with provision for Resting through Hardened pads/Vee Blocks (Fixed or Spring Loaded)/Direct Resting of Gauge Body on the work-piece; b) one or two Fixed legs which are held against the Work Piece firmly during measurement; c) Dial Holding Arrangement; d) One Moveable Leg, loaded with Spring; e) Part of the moveable leg where the dial takes reading of deviations from component to component as compared to the reading achieved on the Setting Master; f) Setting Master. The basic design for Dial Holding Measurable/Comparator Type Spring Loaded Gauge for Depth Measurement is slightly different. These gauges are extremely useful both at shop level as well as at Inspection Department level for getting an estimate of actual dimension achieved in a particular production batch, which facilitates re-setting of machine/program/tool compensation.
